Angel Sapilan is a business and operations management professional with approximately 16 years of corporate experience in Dubai and subsequent leadership experience in New Zealand.
Her professional background spans media and film production, news media, strategic advisory and communications firm, specialist skincare, and faith-based organisational management.
During her corporate career in Dubai, Angel supported senior executive leadership and significant organisational growth, as the regional workforce expanded from approximately eight to more than 100 employees. Her responsibilities spanned HR administration, recruitment, employee visa coordination, office operations, business development, RFP/RFQ and tender submissions, procurement, and executive support.
She holds a Master of Contemporary International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with additional university-level studies in law and previous professional certification in international human resource management.
Today, she provides flexible remote operations, HR, executive and business development support to organisations across the Middle East and international markets.
